New Client Alert: NOVOS

Most certainly one from the “ideal client list”, we’re delighted to be partnering with eCommerce specialist agency, NOVOS, on a 3-month Fractional CMO project.

NOVOS is an independent and ambitious agency headquartered in London, delivering best-in-class SEO services for eCommerce brands such as T/ALA, Bloom & Wild, Osprey and Vitabiotics. They’re also employee-owned, which is something a little bit different in the agency world, which gives employees the chance to have their say in the direction of the business, whilst also getting a share of its profits.

Following a glowing review from someone I’ve worked with previously (always nice - thank you!), NOVOS’ co-founder and Growth Director, Antonio Wedral, reached out as they embark on the next stage of their growth. Archer& will be working with their internal Marketing Manager, who is new to the role, to help create more cohesion across the wide variety of marketing tactics, tying it all together in a strategy aimed at driving growth and hitting the objectives of co-founders Antonio and Sam.

Deliverables for this project include:

• Creation of a robust marketing strategy and dashboard

• Alignment with goals and objectives and a smarter use of resources.

• Mentoring and guidance for their talented in-house Marketing Manager

• Refining the agency’s MQL to SQL nurturing approach to encourage engagement

• Oversight of day-to-day activities such as whitepaper production and award entries, to set new standards and ultimately focus on an elevated approach to all outbound comms.

We’re super excited to work with the NOVOS team and help their marketing & PR work as hard as they all do.
